Payments and refunds

You can still make a payment or request a refund. Please make your payment through BACS (don’t forget to use your NARS number as your reference so we can trace your payment).

Restrictions on services and works on-site

We’re continuing to review all our projects on a case-by-case basis in line with the most up-to-date government guidance.

There are currently no restrictions in place but we’ll update this page if anything changes.
