This stakeholder research was conducted with EQ Communications to explore the Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP) for PR24.
The findings from the session have been used to inform our future Water Industry Environment Programme (WINEP) for the 2025 to 2035 period. It will also help prioritise and shape our WINEP24 and proposed pilot projects in Kent, which will improve the county’s water quality and quantity through innovation and partnership working.
The aims of the session were to identify:
- Missing challenges we should be considering
- Additional pilot projects we should consider
- A ‘long list’ of options for WINEP24
- Opportunities for partnership working and innovation
- Which schemes should be prioritised that are beyond statutory/non statutory
