South East Water held a series of collaborative workshops called PR24 Think Tanks, which supported the development of the PR24 business plan.
The aim of the workshops was to provide ongoing input and challenge from stakeholders into the evolving business plan, with members having an opportunity to shape and refine the plan, providing feedback from the perspective of the various sectors they represent.
Through interactive discussion, we wanted to understand stakeholder views on which resilience schemes in Sussex South East Water should deliver to maintain supplies in the future.
The insight gathered from this session fed into the resilience projects which were inputted into PR24.
