South East Water launched this research to understand the impact of the water saving campaign undertaken in the Basingstoke area.

Following the water saving campaign carried out in the Basingstoke area in August 2021, Accent (market research company) was tasked with conducting research to investigate the reach of the campaign, customers initial reactions and noteworthy shifts in behaviour.

This research seeks to identify if the messaging from the campaign has been effective and ascertain what communication may be needed going forward.
