I've got no water

Please make the following checks before giving us a call:

1. Check our live map

Our online map shows any problems with our pipes. It’s updated all the time, so you can see if there’s a problem in your area.

2. Run your cold kitchen tap

Your drinking water usually comes into your home through your cold kitchen tap.

If water comes out of this tap but not anywhere else (like your shower or bathroom), the problem is probably with your pipes inside your home.

If this is the case, you’ll need to contact a plumber.

3. Check your stop valves are open

4. Check with your neighbours

If your neighbours don’t have any problems with their water, the problem could be with your internal plumbing inside your home.

If we don’t know of any problems with our pipes and your neighbours have water, you probably need to contact a plumber. You can find an approved plumber in your area on our webpage.
