When you switch to an online account we'll automatically email your bills to you, instead of sending them in the post.
Yes, you can print your bills from MyAccount. They’ll look exactly the same as the bills we send in the post.
Just log in to your account and select ‘View Bills’. You can then view and print your bill as a PDF. You can do this at home or at work.
It only takes a few minutes to set up MyAccount. Just enter your account number and postcode here(opens in a new tab).
We’ll then send you an email with a link to set up your password.
Please check your junk or spam folder. Make sure you’re using the same email address you registered with.
Your password needs to be at least eight characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
